Preheat the oven to 250 °c

Wash, peel (keep the peelings to make a future broth or vegetable chips – if organic vegetables), cut them into pieces and steam them for 30 minutes.

STEP 3

Puree, add the milk, salt and pepper. To book.

STEP 4

Cut the onion, brown it in the pan. Add the pieces of previously chopped turkey.

STEP 5

Place the turkey in the bottom of the dish and add the puree on top.

STEP 6

Bake for about 30 minutes
