    This is the ideal dish for your Gourmet gratins or your homemade lasagna to grill in the oven. Available in 5 different sizes, it is perfect for a solo evening, a dinner for two or to satisfy large tables. Designed to withstand temperatures ranging from - 40°C at + 300°C, it can go from the freezer to the oven, with a detour in the microwave without taking any risks.

    Made from Pyrex® borosilicate glass, our oval gratin dish is renowned for its quality and its resistance to all tests. It retains neither stains nor odors and can withstand thermal shocks of up to 220°C. We also remind you that it is certified healthy without BPA.

  • Usage tips

    Use: In a conventional oven (300°C maximum), microwave oven if sized appropriately, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.

    Never use:

    • Directly on a heat source such as a gas burner, electric hob, ceramic hob, grill or barbecue.
    • A chipped or partially broken dish

    Care instructions:

    • Wash before first use.
    • Avoid abrasive cleaners.
    • Washing in a dishwasher under abnormal conditions such as excessive water temperature and detergent dose may damage the decoration, glass and lid. In the event of burnt or stuck food, we recommend leaving the dish to soak in soap and water once it has cooled.

    Our glass, although more resistant than others, can break into several pieces or be chipped as a result of repeated mechanical shocks.

Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 250°c.

Stage 2

Wash, peel (keep the peelings for a future vegetable stock or chips - if organic), chop them and steam cook for 30 min.

Stage 3

Reduce puree, add the milk, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Stage 4

Chop the onion and brown it in a pan. Add the chopped turkey.

Stage 5

Place the turkey at the bottom of the dish and add the puree potatoes on top.

Stage 6

Put in the oven for about 30 minutes.
