Preheat your oven to 180 °c.
Cut the bread into slices.
Brush it with honey.
Place it in the oven for 10 minutes.
In a salad bowl, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, add the arugula and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix.
Take the bruschettas out of the oven, spread a little burrata and place the tomato/rocket mixture on top.
Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. It's ready !
