1.Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
2.Whisk the egg white with the sugar.
3.Add the butter, Greek yoghurt, flour and yeast.
4.Mix until smooth.
5.Gently add the blueberries to the mixture and mix.
6.Butter the Pyrex® casserole dish and pour in the mixture.
7.Place a few blueberries and almonds on top.
8.Bake the casserole with its lid on for 30 min, keeping an eye on it as it cooks.
9.Remove the lid and continue baking for another 15 minutes.
