Ingredients
- 250g flour
- 150g sugar
- 100g butter
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 200g candied fruits
- 3 eggs
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 210°c.
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the candied fruits so that it does not fall to the bottom of the dish.
- Add the melted butter, the sugar, the eggs and baking powder. Mix well.
- Bake for 15 min then lower to 150°c and cook for 45 min.
