Ingredients

  • 250g flour
  • 150g sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 1 sachet baking powder
  • 200g candied fruits
  • 3 eggs

    Preparation

    1. Preheat the oven to 210°c.
    2. In a bowl, mix the flour with the candied fruits so that it does not fall to the bottom of the dish.
    3. Add the melted butter, the sugar, the eggs and baking powder. Mix well.
    4. Bake for 15 min then lower to 150°c and cook for 45 min.
