  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 candied lemon
  • 1 small tomato
  • 50 g black and green olives
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Curry spices
  • Salt and pepper


    1.Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

    2.Peel the onion. Cut into strips, along with the candied lemon, then dice the tomato and potatoes.

    3.Place the onion strips, diced potato and chicken legs in the Pyrex® oven dish, then add the curry spices. Add a little oil and place in the oven for 10 minutes.

    4.Pour a little water into the casserole dish, then season. Place the lid on the dish and lower the cooking temperature to 160 °C. Leave to cook for 30 minutes.

    5.Add the pitted olives, lemon strips and diced tomato to the mixture. Add a little water if necessary. Then put the lid back on the dish and continue cooking for another 20 min.

    6.Add the parsley when cooked, then adjust the seasoning if necessary.
