Arrange the dough in the 28cm Pyrex® tart dish. Cut the apples in half and with the tip of the peeler, remove the core halves. Cut into thin slices and arrange on top of the pastry. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
Put the tart in the oven, placing it as low as possible in the oven so that the dough is well grasped. After 20 minutes, turn up to brown the apples. Bake for another 10 minutes.
