Ingredients
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 3 to 4 figs
- 1 log of goat's cheese
- 4 eggs
- 200ml of fresh cream
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Unroll the pastry in a pie dish, prick the bottom with a fork. Set aside in a cool place.
- Wash the figs, remove the stems and cut them in half. Cut the goat's cheese into slices.
- Brown the onion, put it in the bottom of the tart.
- Break the eggs into a bowl. Add the fresh cream, salt and pepper. Mix with a fork. Pour over the onion.
- Slice your figs and the 1/2 log of goat cheese, and spread them over your quiche.
- Add the honey.
- Bake for about 40 minutes.
