Fig and Goats Cheese Tart

Ingredients

1 shortcrust pastry

3 to 4 figs

1 log of goat's cheese

4 eggs

200ml of fresh cream

Salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Unroll the pastry in a pie dish, prick the bottom with a fork. Set aside in a cool place.

Wash the figs, remove the stems and cut them in half. Cut the goat's cheese into slices.

Brown the onion, put it in the bottom of the tart.

Break the eggs into a bowl. Add the fresh cream, salt and pepper. Mix with a fork. Pour over the onion.

Slice your figs and the 1/2 log of goat cheese, and spread them over your quiche.

Add the honey.

Bake for about 40 minutes.
