Ingredients

  • 125g flour
  • 50g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 80g butter
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 1/2 sachet baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 60g whole milk

    Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 180°c
    2. Take the butter out to soften. Whip it with the sugar. Add the eggs one by one.
    3. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
    4. Pour it into the mixture. Mix well.
    5. Add the flour, baking powder and pinch of salt. .
    6. Then add the milk until you have a smooth batter.
    7. Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 20 minutes.
    8. Meanwhile, prick marshmallows on toothpicks.
    9. Roll out the sugarpaste and use a cookie cutter to form circles.
    10. Prick the toothpick with the marshmallow into the cupcake. Place the disc of sugar paste on top to create the shape of a ghost. Draw eyes and a mouth using melted chocolate.
