  • 20ml water
  • 4 leaves of gelatine
  • 40ml syrup or fruit juice


  1. Put the gelatine leaves in a container of cold water for about 10 minutes.


  1. Put the water, syrup and lemon juice in a saucepan. Heat until it boils.


  1. Remove the pan from the heat.


  1. Drain the gelatine leaves and add them to the mixture, whisk vigorously.


  1. Pour into the baking dish.


  1. Place the baking dish in the fridge for about 3 hours or in the freezer for 30 minutes.
