10 cl of water
125 g of powdered sugar
1 untreated lemon
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put butter and flour in the cake pan.
In a bowl, mix up the flour, sugar and yeast.
Add eggs one by one, then the melted butter, lemon zest and lemon juice.
Incorporate blueberries and pour the preparation in the cake pan.
Put in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Prepare the candied lemon.
Wash the lemon and cut into thin slices.
In a saucepan, bring to a boil water and sugar.
Once the sugar dissolved, add the lemon’s slices.
Remove the temperature and cook for one hour, until lemons were crystalized.
Drain the lemon and put it on the cake with some blueberries. Enjoy!
Feel free to add some white chocolate chips or banana slices.
You can also substitute flour for ground almonds.
