  • 250g of flour – sifted

  • 4 eggs
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Oil


  1. Pour the sifted flour into a Pyrex® bowl with the salt.

  2. Make a well in the middle and pour in the egg and ix gently with a whisk.

  3. When the mixture becomes thick, begin to the add the milk little by little; mix until smooth.

  4. Heat your pan over a medium heat and add a dash of oil.
    Pour the batter into the pan, brown on both sides and serve hot.
