Ingredients

250g of flour – sifted
- 4 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- Oil
Preparation

Pour the sifted flour into a Pyrex® bowl with the salt.

Make a well in the middle and pour in the egg and ix gently with a whisk.

When the mixture becomes thick, begin to the add the milk little by little; mix until smooth.

Heat your pan over a medium heat and add a dash of oil.
Pour the batter into the pan, brown on both sides and serve hot.
