1.Peel and dice the carrots and potatoes.
2.Cut the onion into lar pieces.
3.Distribute the green beans, carrots, potatoes and onion in the bottom of the Pyrex® casserole dish.
4.Add the roast beef on top and drizzle with the beef stock, sprinkle with thyme, then season.
5.Put the lid on the casserole dish and place in the oven for 1 hr 30.
