- 1 Butternut Squash
- 1 Camembert
- salt/pepper
- Rosemary
- Bread
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 200°c
- Cut the butternut squash in half and scoop out the seeds (save the seeds, which can be baked in the oven to garnish soups or salads).
- Season the butternut squash with salt, pepper and rosemary.
- Place in a baking dish and bake for 40 min at 200°C.
- Once cooked, place the camembert inside the butternut squash. Slash the cheese a few times on top with a knife.
- Cut the bread into pieces, sprinkle with olive oil and add to the dish. Bake everything for a further 20 min or until cheese is gooey.
