  • 1 Butternut Squash
  • 1 Camembert
  • salt/pepper
  • Rosemary
  • Bread


    1. Preheat oven to 200°c
    2. Cut the butternut squash in half and scoop out the seeds (save the seeds, which can be baked in the oven to garnish soups or salads).
    3. Season the butternut squash with salt, pepper and rosemary.
    4. Place in a baking dish and bake for 40 min at 200°C.
    5. Once cooked, place the camembert inside the butternut squash. Slash the cheese a few times on top with a knife.
    6. Cut the bread into pieces, sprinkle with olive oil and add to the dish. Bake everything for a further 20 min or until cheese is gooey.
