1 bunch of carrots
- Paprika
- Honey
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Greek yoghurt
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Wash and halve the carrots
- Place in an ovenproof dish. Add paprika, salt and pepper.
- Brush with olive oil and add a spoonful of honey.
- Place in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
- Mix the yoghurt, lemon and a teaspoon of olive oil in a ramekin and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the yoghurt sauce on a plate and arrange the carrots.
