Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of carrots

  • Paprika
  • Honey
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Greek yoghurt
  • 1 lemon
  • Olive oil

    Preparation

    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
    2. Wash and halve the carrots
    3. Place in an ovenproof dish. Add paprika, salt and pepper.
    4. Brush with olive oil and add a spoonful of honey.
    5. Place in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
    6. Mix the yoghurt, lemon and a teaspoon of olive oil in a ramekin and season with salt and pepper.
    7. Place the yoghurt sauce on a plate and arrange the carrots.
