Roasted pears with gorgonzola and nuts
Cooking Time : 20 minutes
- 4 pears
- 200g gorgonzola cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
- Preheat the oven to 180°c
- Wash the pears and cut them in half. Empty the inside.
- Place them in a dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- Cut the Gorgonzola into small cubes. When they come out of the oven, place them in the pears. Put back in the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts slightly.
- Add the nuts and honey and serve immediately.
Serve and enjoy!
