  • 2 sea bream fillets, scored
  • 4 large king prawns
  • 6 ripe plum tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Smoked paprika
  • Lemon
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil


  1. Slice the tomatoes and lay the slices over the bottom of the Pyrex Inspiration roaster. Season with a little salt and olive oil.
  2. Lay the sea bream fillets and prawns over the tomatoes, and then season with salt and paprika.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the seafood and roast for 13-15 minutes in a 230°C oven.
  4. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
