Ingredients
- 2 sea bream fillets, scored
- 4 large king prawns
- 6 ripe plum tomatoes
- Salt
- Smoked paprika
- Lemon
- Parsley
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Slice the tomatoes and lay the slices over the bottom of the Pyrex Inspiration roaster. Season with a little salt and olive oil.
- Lay the sea bream fillets and prawns over the tomatoes, and then season with salt and paprika.
- Drizzle olive oil over the seafood and roast for 13-15 minutes in a 230°C oven.
- Garnish with lemon and parsley.
