Ingredients
- 6 clementines
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of ginger
- Cinnamon sticks
- star anise
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°c
- Peel the clementines, making sure to remove all the white skin. Place 4 of them in an ovenproof dish.
- Squeeze the remaining 2 clementines and the lemon. Add the honey and spices.
- Pour the juice over the clementines, add a few cinnamon sticks and 2 badianes.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. During cooking, drizzle the juice over the clementines regularly.
