Ingredients

  • 6 clementines
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of ginger
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • star anise

      Preparation

      1. Preheat the oven to 180°c
      2. Peel the clementines, making sure to remove all the white skin. Place 4 of them in an ovenproof dish.
      3. Squeeze the remaining 2 clementines and the lemon. Add the honey and spices.
      4. Pour the juice over the clementines, add a few cinnamon sticks and 2 badianes.
      5. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. During cooking, drizzle the juice over the clementines regularly.
