- 2 salmon steaks
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 lemon
- 150 g Brussels sprouts
- 3 cherry tomatoes on the vine
- 1 glass of water
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
1.Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
2.Cut the broccoli into florets.
3.Place the broccoli, Brussels sprouts and tomatoes in the bottom of the Pyrex® casserole dish. Add a small amount of water and cook for 5 minutes.
4.Meanwhile, cut the lemon in half, then cut half into thin slices.
5.When the vegetables are cooked, place the salmon steaks in the casserole.
6.Place the lemon slices on the salmon and squeeze the remaining half into the casserole dish.
7.Pour a dash of olive oil over the salmon, then season with salt and pepper. Put the casserole into the oven with its lid on.
8.Bake at 180 °C for 20 min.
