Ingredients
- 200g flour
- 1 Greek yoghurt
- 60g butter
- 1 egg
- 70g sugar
- ½ sachet of yeast
- 1cc baking soda
- 1 apple
- Salted butter caramel
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Melt the butter
- Mix together the sugar, melted butter, yoghurt and egg in a bowl.
- Add the flour sifted with the baking powder and the bicarbonate. Mix well.
- Put a tablespoon of butter into a muffin tin, add a teaspoon of salted butter caramel, a few diced apple pieces and cover with a tablespoon of butter. Do not overfill the moulds.
- Add diced apples to the top of the muffins.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Wait until the muffins are lukewarm before removing from the mould.
