  • 200g flour
  • 1 Greek yoghurt
  • 60g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 70g sugar
  • ½ sachet of yeast
  • 1cc baking soda
  • 1 apple
  • Salted butter caramel


    1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
    2. Melt the butter
    3. Mix together  the sugar, melted butter, yoghurt and egg in a bowl.
    4. Add the flour sifted with the baking powder and the bicarbonate. Mix well.
    5. Put a tablespoon of butter into a muffin tin, add a teaspoon of salted butter caramel, a few diced apple pieces and cover with a tablespoon of butter. Do not overfill the moulds.
    6. Add diced apples to the top of the muffins.
    7. Bake for 20 minutes. Wait until the muffins are lukewarm before removing from the mould.
