Ingredients
- 10 Scallops
- 2 oranges
- 1 mandarin
- Some coriander leaves
- 50 g of butter
- Salt and pepper
Preparation

Put the orange zest and take the suprêmes of the 2 oranges.

Press the mandarin juice and the remaining juice at the center of the oranges.

In a frying pan, melt the butter over low heat and add juices.

Bring to a boil mixing time by time to reduce the sauce.

Add the scalopps and make it fry 3 minutes on each side.

Salt, add pepper and garnish with some coriander leaves.
