  • 2 big sweet potatoes

  • Olive oil
  • Smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of salt


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Wash the sweet potatoes and peel them.

  2. Cut them making sure they are about the same size and have the same thickness.

  3. In a big bowl, mix a few tablespoons of olive oil with the paprika. Add the sweet potato and mix to soak them.

  4. Put the chips onto a baking tray with baking paper, making sure to keep them separate. Bake for about 40 minutes and flip the potatoes halfway through.
