Ingredients
- 6 parsnips
- 4 potatoes
- 1 onion
- Leftover turkey or chicken
- 250ml milk
- salt/pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 250°c
- Wash, peel (save the peelings for future vegetable bouillon or potato chips - if organic), chop and steam parsnips and potatoes for 30 min.
- Mash the vegetables, add milk, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Sauté the onion in a pan. Add the chopped meat pieces.
- Place the meat at the bottom of the dish and add the mashed vegetables on top.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
