+Preheat the oven to 180°C
Melt the butter
Mix the sugar, melted butter, yogurt and egg in a bowl.
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and the bicarbonate. Mix well to form a dough.
Put a tablespoon of dough in a muffin mold, add a teaspoon of salted butter caramel, a few pieces of diced apple and cover with a teaspoon soup of batter. Do not overfill the molds.
Add the diced apples on top of the muffins.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Wait until the muffins are warm before removing them.
