+Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets.
Preheat the oven to 180°c.
Mix half of the cauliflower in the flour/powder.
Put the cauliflower semolina in cloth and squeeze out as much water as possible from the cauliflower.
Put it in a bowl, add the egg and stir.
On a pizza pan, mash the cauliflower flour/powder .
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
At the end of cooking, add the tomato coulis, the ham, the pepper cut into strips and the mushrooms. Add the olives and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
Cook in the oven for another 5 minutes until the mozzarella melts.
