  • 5 raw beets
  • 4Tbsp olive oil
  • 3Tbsp garlic cloves
  • Salt/pepper
  • Fresh cheese
  • Parsley



    Stage 1

    Preheat the oven to 180°c

    Stage 2

    Peel the beets, cut the ends, wash them.

    Stage 3

    Cut the beets into quarters

    Stage 4

    Put them in a baking dish, add the olive oil olive, garlic cloves, garlic and pepper, mix them

    Stage 5

    Bake for 1 hour

    Stage 6

    To see if the beets are cooked, stick a knife inside, the knife should go in without resistance .

    Stage 7

    Remove from the oven, arrange the plates, crumble the cream cheese on top and add parsley.
