Roasted cauliflower with Greek yogurt and paprika

Roasted cauliflower, crispy and golden, enhanced by a mixture of lemony Greek yogurt and paprika. An accompanying treat.




  • 1 cauliflower
  • olive oil
  • Paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Greek yogurt
  • ½ lemon



Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c

Stage 2

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower. Cut it into slices

Stage 3

Arrange on a baking tray

Stage 4

Brush with olive oil

Stage 5

Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper

Stage 6

Put in the oven for 40 minutes, halfway through cooking turn the slices over and add a little oil

Stage 7

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Mix the yogurt, the juice of half lemon and paprika, salt and pepper
