A blend of sweet carrots, creamy sweet potatoes and delicately caramelized Jerusalem artichokes, topped with a crispy parmesan-butter crumble. Gorgeous!

  • 4 carrots
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 potatoes
  • 3 Jerusalem artichokes
  • 1 onion
  • 150g flour
  • 100g butter
  • 60g parmesan

Recipe

Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c

Stage 2

Brown the onion in a pan. Wash the vegetables, peel and cut them. Add them to the pan. Cook everything for around 20 minutes

Stage 3

Meanwhile prepare the crumble dough, use your fingertips to mix the 3 ingredients to form crumbs.

Stage 4

Put the vegetables in a baking dish, add the crumble

Stage 5

Bake for 20 to 30 min.
