Place leftover bread and raisins in a bowl. Add the milk. Leave to rest for at least 3 hours.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla extract.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C
When the bread is well soaked, mix the two preparations and put in a mold
Bake for about 30 minutes
