Slice the onion, brown it in a pan in a little oil
Add the diced vegetables, let cook and sprinkle with parsley
Preheat the oven to 200 °C
When the mixture is cold, spread the dough
Place the vegetables in the middle of the dough, pack well
Close the dough over the vegetables
