Baked tomato gazpacho and croutons

A whirlwind of Mediterranean flavors: ripe tomatoes, crunchy cucumber, fragrant onions, all topped off with crispy croutons. Delectable!




  • 1kg tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Garlic oil olive
  • Salt / pepper
  • Stale bread


Stage 1

Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, garlic and onion. Put them in a pitcher.

Stage 2

Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.

Stage 3

Mix everything , until you obtain a smooth consistency.

Stage 4

Reserve in a cool place.

Stage 5

Preheat the oven to 180°c

Stage 6

Cut the stale bread, put the pieces in a salad bowl, add olive oil, mix well.

Stage 7

Place the pieces of bread on a baking sheet, put them in the oven for 15 minutes. Mix from time to time.
