Versatile, they can be used as moulds but can also find their place, seemingly out of the blue, in the centre of the table. Resistant to extreme temperatures, from -40°C to +300°C, it can go from the freezer to the oven in complete safety. What's more, its resistance to thermal shock up to 220°C makes it a reliable ally for all your culinary preparations. It retains neither stains nor odours, so preserving the purity of flavours. Our ramekins are dishwasher safe, but we recommend that you rinse them under running water before starting your cycle.
