Versatile, it can be used as a mould or placed directly at the centre of the table for serving. Thanks to its high-quality material, it can be safely stored in the fridge and transferred straight to the oven.

Its exceptional quality lies in its manufacturing material—Pyrex® borosilicate glass. Resistant to extreme temperatures from -40°C to +350°C, it can go from the freezer to the oven without risk. Plus, with thermal shock resistance up to 240°C, it’s a reliable ally for all your culinary creations. It retains neither stains nor odours, ensuring the purity of flavours. Dishwasher safe, though we recommend rinsing it under running water before starting your cycle.

Use: In a conventional oven (300°C maximum), microwave oven if sized appropriately, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.

Never use:

• Directly on a heat source such as a gas burner, electric hob, ceramic hob, grill or barbecue.

Precautions for use:

Do not:

• Place a hot dish on a damp or cold surface
• Immerse a hot dish in cold water
• Add cold liquid to a hot dish (add hot water only if necessary)

• Cut carefully from the dish.

Care instructions:

• Wash before first use.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Washing in a dishwasher under abnormal conditions such as excessive water temperature and detergent dose may damage the decoration, glass and lid. In the event of burnt or stuck food, we recommend leaving the dish to soak in soap and water once it has cooled.

Our glass, although more resistant than others, can break into several pieces or be chipped as a result of repeated mechanical shocks.

The main causes of mechanical shocks:In the dishwasher: repeated shocks during washing if the dish is not stable in the dishwasher, or a dish that has had a shock before being washed.

Always check the condition of the dish before putting it in the dishwasher: when putting away, incorrect stacking or bumping into another dish can cause a chip or the beginnings of a break, which can lead to subsequent breakage Check from time to time that there are no chips or bumps.
