Use: For steam baskets, saucepans, and sauté pans of the same diameter.
Never use:
- In the oven
- In the microwave
- Directly on a heat source such as gas burners, electric hotplates, ceramic hobs, grills, or barbecues
- A chipped or partially broken dish
Precautions for use:
- Avoid sudden temperature changes
- Do not use sharp utensils
Care instructions:
Wash before first use. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Dishwasher use under abnormal conditions, such as excessive water temperature or excessive detergent, may damage the decoration, the glass, and the lid.
- In case of burnt or stuck-on food, once the dish has cooled, we recommend soaking it in water with soap.
Although our glass is more resistant than others, it may still break into several pieces or develop chips as a result of repeated mechanical shocks.
Main causes of mechanical shocks:
- In the dishwasher: repeated impacts during washing if the dish is not stable; it is also possible that the dish was damaged before washing—always check its condition before placing it in the dishwasher
- A shock or chip may, depending on its intensity, cause immediate breakage or create a weak point that may lead to breakage later
- In the cupboard: improper stacking or impact with another dish during storage may cause a chip or crack that can lead to breakage later
Check from time to time for the absence of chips or impacts.
