Vegan chocolate pear cake

  • 250g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • 200g of Sweet Freedom chocolate syrup
  • 4 ripe pears
  • 2 pots of soy yogurt
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50ml of neutral oil

Recipe

Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c.

Stage 2

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate syrup. Add the oil and yogurt. Mix.

Stage 3

Peel the pears, if they are ripe you can use them as they are but you can also poach them (boil 1l of water with 200g of sugar and put the peeled pears for 15 min).

Stage 4

Pour half of the dough into the mould, place the pears in leaving the stem. Pour the rest of the dough around it.

Stage 5

Bake for 30 to 40 min.
