Concoct divinely gelled treats by merging gelatin, fruity syrup and water, then refrigerate for exquisite treats.




  • 4 gelatin leaves
  • 20mL water
  • 40mL of syrup or fruit juice.


Stage 1

Put the gelatin leaves in a container of cold water for about 10 minutes

Stage 2

In a saucepan pour the water, syrup and lemon juice. Heat until it reaches the boil.

Stage 3

Remove the pan from the heat.

Stage 4

Drain the gelatin leaves and add them to the mixture, whisk vigorously.

Stage 5

Pour into the molds.

Stage 6

Place the mold in the refrigerator for about 3 hours or in the freezer for 30 minutes.
