Rustic tart

- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 1 zucchini
- 100g parmesan cheese
- 1 burrata
- Olive oil
- Pine nuts
- Salt/pepper

Stage 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
Stage 2
Using a peeler, cut the zucchini into tagliatelle-like strips. Place them in a bowl with coarse salt. Set aside.
Stage 3
Unroll the shortcrust pastry, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Stage 4
Place the zucchini tagliatelle in the center of the pastry.
Stage 5
Fold the edges.
Stage 6
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with pine nuts.
Stage 7
Brush the pastry with a little milk.
Stage 8
Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
Stage 9
Remove the tart from the oven, and place a burrata on top, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
