  • 1 bagel loaf
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • grilled courgette slices
  • dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1 tsp organo
  • salt and pepper
  • sprouted seeds

Recipe

Stage 1

Place the slices of grilled courgette, the dried tomatoes and a quarter of the red onion on a baking tray and use a knife to cut them all up. Cut into very small pieces

Stage 2

Season with salt and pepper and add the oregano. Add the hummus and mix

Stage 3

Cut the bagel in half and spread with the mixture, add the sprouted seeds and enjoy
