Gluten-free kiwi cake

A soft cornstarch cake, crowned with juicy kiwi slices, draped in a refreshing kiwi coulis. Irresistible fruity sweetness.




  • 2 pots of corn flour
  • 1 pot of natural yogurt
  • 2 pots of sugar
  • 1/2 pot of neutral oil
  • 1 cc gluten-free yeast
  • 3cc eggs
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 Kiwis
  • 5 Kiwis (for the coulis)
  • 150g of water (for the coulis)
  • 50g of sugar (for the coulis) )


Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c

Stage 2

Mix the eggs, yogurt and yeast in a bowl.

Stage 3

Add the cornstarch, sugar and oil.

Stage 4

Put the dough in the mold.

Stage 5

Peel and cut the kiwis into slices. Place them on top of the cake.

Stage 6

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Stage 7

To prepare the kiwi coulis, peel the kiwis, put them in a blender and mix them, but not for too long so as not to break the seeds (the coulis would become very acidic).
