Ingredients

  • 160g carrot tops
  • 100g pine nuts
  • 100g parmesan
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 200g olive oil

      Preparation

      1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender: carrot tops, peeled and finely chopped garlic cloves, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, lemon juice, and olive oil.
      2. Scrape the sides several times to get it all out.
      3. Season well with salt & pepper. It’s ready – enjoy!
