Ingredients
- 200 g of penne pasta
- 1 lemon
- cherry tomatoes
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to package directions.
- Drain. Peel the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
- Add the lemon zest and juice to the pasta and mix. Add halved cherry tomatoes and a drizzle of oil. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
