  • 1 pizza dough ball
  • Pesto sauce
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 burrata cheese
  • Basil leaves


  1. Preheat the oven to 240°C. Wash and halve or quarter the tomatoes depending on their size.
  2. Spread the pizza dough on a baking tray. Spread the pesto on the pizza dough, add the halved cherry tomatoes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes at 240°C.
  4. Remove the pizza from the oven, add the fresh burrata and some basil on top.
