Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough ball
- Pesto sauce
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 burrata cheese
- Basil leaves
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 240°C. Wash and halve or quarter the tomatoes depending on their size.
- Spread the pizza dough on a baking tray. Spread the pesto on the pizza dough, add the halved cherry tomatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes at 240°C.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, add the fresh burrata and some basil on top.
