  • 250g of flour
  • 150g of sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200g candied fruit
  • 3 eggs


Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 210°c

Stage 2

In a salad bowl, mix the flour with the candied fruits so that they do not fall to the bottom of the dish.

Stage 3

In a salad bowl mix the melted butter with the sugar, add eggs 1 by 1.

Stage 4

Add the flour and candied fruit + yeast. Mix.

Stage 5

Bake for 15 min at 210°c then lower the thermostat to 150°c, cook for 45 min.

Stage 6

Plant a knife to check cooking.
