Raspberry Tiramisu

A sumptuous raspberry tiramisu, where the sweetness of mascarpone and biscuits intertwines with the freshness of the raspberries, enhanced by the coulis. A decadence.




  • 500g mascarpone
  • Raspberry coulis
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g sugar
  • 60 sponge biscuits
  • 50mL milk


Stage 1

Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar. Add the mascarpone and whisk.

Stage 2

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Add to the previous mixture.

Stage 3

Put some biscuits in the milk. Line the bottom of the mold with it.

Stage 4

Add the mascarpone cream, a little raspberry coulis and fresh raspberries. Continue in this order until you have used up all the cream.

Stage 5

Finish with a layer of cream. Pour in a little coulis and some fresh raspberries.

Stage 6

Put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
